modern gem!
excellent recommendations comfortable bed
The hotel staff spoke english very well and gave excellent restaurant recommendations. the third bed was all set up when we arrived and was just as comfortable as the other beds! the bathroom was great. The shower was excellent!
The hotel provides no luggage service. This was inconvenient. i had to go out in the rain to send our suitcases myself, as there was no assistance available!

Acceptable Stay with A Downside
The hotel staff was friendly ,and the room was clean.
The air conditioning unit in my room made a LOUD noise throughout the night , , made it difficult to sleep. I tried to adjust the settings , but the noise persisted. This issue needs attention .

Acceptable Stay with Some Issues
The staff spoke English, helpful for communication.
The window was covered with a dark membrane from the outside. This made the room completely dark. The lack of daylight during the day was a drawback.

spacious room separate toilet adequate laundry inviting lobby
the room was spacious, it had separate toilet and bathroom areas. the shower was excellent. laundry facilities were adequate, which i used. the gym offered a good workout space. the lobby was inviting with ample seating.
the minibar refrigerator was small and not very effective.

I found that the hotel has tea and instant coffee bags available, very convenient. there is also a microwave near the reception. It was useful for heating up snacks. the food was AMAZING!!!

great location front desk assistance nice café area enthusiastic employee
the location was very well located. i received help from the front desk when sending luggage to tokyo in advance. the café area is nice. the employees are kind and enthusiastic.
i saw one staff member that was hard to deal with. the hotel was informed about this several times before arrival and was confirmed it was not a problem!
